    The US reality TV star saw a doctor to get the X-ray of her rear to prove that it's completely natural.

    Clips of her visit will air on the next episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.

    Kim's younger sister Khloe, 26, accompanied her to the medical centre and posted a picture of the scan on her website.

    She wrote: 'Hey dolls. The PROOF is in the X-ray. Kim's ass is 100% real!!!'

    Kim, 30, later Tweeted: 'Haha! The things my sisters have me do! Proof baby! RT @KhloeKardashian: Kim got a butt X-Ray... See, it's REAL!!! LOL.'

    Less than one week after treating herself to a mani-pedi, Kim Kardashian headed to a nail salon in Beverly Hills for yet another pedicure. I guess she goes once a week? Maybe the pedicure was just a much needed break from her 25 hour work day, LOL.


    Oh, to be Kim Kardashian for the day! Something tells me her 25 hour work day would be a welcomed break from mine ;) .

    Following a fun-filled night on the town with boyfriend Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian was back in work mode with a fragrance launch event in Aventura, Florida on Saturday afternoon (May 14).

    The E! reality hottie was in quite the energetic mood as she playfully interacted with a lineup of anxiously awaiting fans during the meet and greet held at the local Macy's department store.


    Once finished up with the perfume promotional efforts, Kim joyously tweeted, “Thanks to everyone who came out to Macy’s today! I swear Miami fans are on another level! I love u guys so much!!!”

    From there, the brunette beauty headed off to check in on her family's retail shop in the sunshine state, as she wrote, "Just popped into @DASHMiami!!! The store looks amazing!!!! LOVE U DASH DOLLS!"
